Why would you consider doing a past life regression? How can viewing a past life end my anxiousness and panic attacks? How is it possible to even connect to a memory from another lifetime? To respond to these questions, first it's very important to understand a bit about the subconscious mind.
The subconscious stores all our life’s memories, experiences, thoughts, feelings and principles; even all our memories from other lifetimes as well. Why can’t we remember these other lifetimes? Just because if we probably did, how would we learn? We are here in each lifetime to learn and grow from our experiences.
Anxiety and panic attacks happen when there's a unreasonable and illogical amount of fear flowing thru your mind. Logically, you know there is no reason to be in so much fear, but no matter what you say to oneself, you begin to sweat and panic, your heart beats quickly and your intelligence fills with terror. Your body starts quivering and shaking, causing you to be breathless and bringing a sense of being smothered. You'll feel dizzy and unsteady or maybe even feel a bit like you are choking, all with an overwhelming fear of dying.
A phobia develops when your hysteria and panic becomes so out of proportion or unrealistic with reality that you find yourself steadfastly avoiding the situation. When you are feeling troubled about what might happen when or if you are facing one of your phobic situations, the simple thought can set you into a frenzy.
When your fear was caused in another lifetime, this anxiety and panic sometimes doesn't end till your subconscious mind basically connects with the memory of what caused it. In that moment, it releases the energy charge out of your body and mind. The instant of death in another lifetime causes such amazing fear, that it carries this memory over into another lifetime.
The last thoughts we have at the moment of our death from another lifetime contain the most powerful reaction of memory. So there are occasions when something happens to us in our present life to fire those traumatic moments of another lifetime. Most often we do not remember the past life event, but we can basically experience how we felt at that moment.
As an example, if you have got a phobia of driving on the interstate highway or over a bridge, your intellect may all of a sudden say, “I can’t get out. I am trapped.” The dread of being stuck on that carriageway or bridge causes you to think, “I’m fearful, I’ll lose control and crash.” You find yourself overcome with the fear you will crash, bracing yourself to beat off the thoughts of driving off the bridge and falling to your death.
During past life regressions, it has been discovered that fear of driving on freeways and bridges for many individuals was due to a life-time when somebody was in a committed relationship or wedding and wanted it to finish, but had a fear of not having the ability to get out of it. That life ended tragically while being trapped in it and killed by their loved one.
While reviewing the prevailing lifetime, it’s discovered the nervousness started when pondering needing to get out of their wedding, relationship, job or even needing out of their mum and dads home during their violent infancy. It's the feeling of being trapped and having no possible way out.
How can this translate into driving on the turnpike? As the last thoughts at the time of death from the previous life were, “I’m besieged. I don't have any control. I can not get out.” Simply driving down the interstate highway, having to change lanes, but being unable to because there are too many cars on the main road, can result in you feeling out of control and your intellect speaks the same words, “I’m surrounded. I can’t get out.”
An event from another lifetime is what has been the cause of this fear. Having the same thoughts and feelings in your brain now, as you probably did then, is what triggers it. That's why it is hard to figure out what was causing the horror; it wasn't from this lifetime. Experiencing the past-life removes and neutralizes the energy charge, dumping your anxiety and fear.
A hypnotherapist trained in regression therapy can take you under hypnosis to your past life. You will be guided into a calming mental condition like a dream state, but you aren't asleep. The hypnotherapist will steer you into a past life where you'll then describe what you are experiencing. A two-way conversation will continue throughout the session with the hypnotherapist providing you the guidance wanted to resolve your issue. It takes just one two hour session to bare your past life and end your uneasiness.
